Community

My teaching frequently involves collaboration with the Indianapolis community. I teach a service-learning course on abolition in partnership with Constructing our Future, a re-entry organization founded and led by women formerly incarcerated at Indiana Women’s Prison (IWP). I also facilitate a small program in which undergraduate students serve as tutors in IWP’s high-school equivalency program. I’m always excited to discuss and involve others in this work, and to support others engaged in similar work.
