It is available in three forms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bioconductor.org\/packages\/release\/bioc\/html\/NanoTube.html\">The R Library<\/a> is available on Bioconductor and <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1093\/bioinformatics\/btac762\">published in <em>Bioinformatics<\/em><\/a>, and it includes standard methods for data processing, quality control, normalization, analysis, and visualization of nCounter data. Additional functions are provided to allow interoperability with other NanoString packages. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bioconductor.org\/packages\/release\/bioc\/vignettes\/NanoTube\/inst\/doc\/NanoTube.html\">A tutorial can be found here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/calebclass\/Shiny-NanoTube\">The web application<\/a> is currently available on GitHub, and can be downloaded and run on RStudio, or on a Shiny server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/research.butler.edu\/nanotube\/\">The web app is now online!<\/a><\/strong> You can try running it using the example data files on the GitHub link above, or download a NanoString data set from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/geo\/\">GEO<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All three versions of the NanoTube are provided with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnu.org\/licenses\/gpl-3.0.en.html\">GPL-3 license<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The NanoTube was built to simplify the analysis of NanoString nCounter gene expression data.
